A 40+ Year Neighborhood Landmark
The Clairemont Water Store began as a basic water fill station in 1980, addressing San Diego's growing demand for clean, purified water. For decades it served local families as a practical necessity.
In 2009, longtime community member Cathy purchased the business and transformed it into what we proudly call a Water Boutique — a place where wellness and sustainability meet neighborhood warmth.

Our 9-Stage Purification System
We operate a meticulous 9-stage purification and vitalization system that produces ultra-purified Reverse Osmosis water and premium alkaline water. Each faucet at our self-service water bar features positive affirmations — “Peace,” “Patience,” “Loyalty” — because we believe the intention behind your water matters as much as its purity.
Bring any clean bottle from 20 oz to 5 gallons, or choose from our selection of eco-friendly reusable bottles in-store. A 24/7 window-mounted self-fill station (accepts coins and cash) means you're never without access to great water.
